Our customer service representatives are trained to be able to answer your questions and understand your needs. It’s possible for you to place your order using one of the following options:

For any delivery using our delivery trucks, all order placed and confirmed before 9 am will be delivered the same day within the greater Montreal area. In case of an emergency, it is possible for us to help you out with the options available to us. In the case of an order placed after 9 am, we cannot guarantee same day delivery. The order will be delivered the next work day.

For all deliveries using a transport such as Dicom or Purolator, orders will be delivered the next business day. In this case it is preferable to place your order before 2 pm, giving us the time necessary to prepare and expedite your order. We cannot guarantee next day delivery for any orders received after 2 pm.

For all deliveries requiring a specialized transport like Go Jit or Kingsway, we highly recommend you to contact us as soon as possible.

Articles missing in the order

In case of a shipping error, we commit to remedy the situation as quickly as we can. However, it is essential that you contact us within 10 business days following the reception of your order, in which case we will be able to guarantee a replacement at no charge.

Modifying your order

Please take notice that it is always possible to add or delete items to an order that is opened before its delivery. Once the order is processed for delivery it will be impossible to make any other modifications to your order.

Cancelling an order

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service department before the expected delivery date. For all special orders, some fees may apply. These fees will be determined by the type of products ordered.

Truck delivery

Our delivery truck focuses on effectiveness and proactive customer service. Our drivers are trained to evaluate your needs and offer you solutions. Our company is composed of experts who will answer your questions and place your orders promptly.

Courier delivery

We do business with many shipping companies such as Dicom, Purolator, UPS and Duquette. No matter who your transporter is we can deliver your order on your account. It is highly recommended to contact us before 2 pm to guarantee delivery next business day.

For an in store pick up of your order, it will be our pleasure to contact you as soon as your order is ready.

Cash

We only accept cash payments in store.

Debit/Credit Card

We accept debit payments in store only.

We only accept Visa and MasterCard. It’s possible to pay by phone with your credit card if you have an account with us. If you do not have an account with us, you must present yourself at the store in order to pay.

Paypal online

We only accept PayPal payments for online payments.
